Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you use Steal Those Ads ( https://stealthoseads.com) - "the Site." I process personal data only in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law.

2. General information on data processing

I do not operate any newsletter, registration, or contact forms on this Site, and I do not ask you to provide your name, email, or other details to browse it.

However, like almost all websites, this Site uses hosting infrastructure and third-party analytics and advertising tools that process certain data automatically - including data that qualifies as personal data under the GDPR (such as IP addresses and cookie/device identifiers), even though it is not linked to your name.

I process personal data only where there is a legal basis under Art. 6(1) GDPR:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) - for analytics and advertising cookies/technologies, which you may withdraw at any time;
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) - for the secure, stable operation of the Site;
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) - where I am required by law to process data.

I keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by statutory retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

3. Hosting and server log files

The Site is hosted by Lovable, which processes data on my behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

When you visit the Site, the hosting infrastructure automatically collects and stores technical information in server log files that your browser transmits, which may include: IP address, date and time of the request, the page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This is processed on the basis of my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in the secure and stable operation of the Site, and is not merged with other data sources.

4. Cookies and consent

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies strictly necessary for the Site to function are set on the basis of legitimate interest. All non-essential cookies and technologies - specifically Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel described below - are set only with your prior consent, obtained through the consent banner shown when you first visit the Site. These tools do not run until you have given consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the consent settings on the Site, with effect for the future.

5. Google Analytics (GA4)

The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. ("Google"), to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and may process data including your (typically truncated/anonymized) IP address, device and browser information, and your interactions with the Site. This data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA.

This processing takes place only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the consent banner, and you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

6. Meta Pixel / Meta advertising

The Site uses the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. ("Meta"). The Pixel lets me measure the effectiveness of my advertising on Meta platforms and reach relevant audiences. It uses cookies and may collect data about your interaction with the Site and enable Meta to recognize you across sites and devices. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA.

This processing takes place only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the consent banner, and you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

7. Google Search Console

I use Google Search Console, a service of Google, to monitor and maintain the Site's presence in Google Search results. Search Console provides me with aggregated statistics about search queries and Site performance. It does not set tracking cookies on your device through this Site; the data is provided to me by Google based on searches and clicks that occur within Google Search. Google's processing of that search data is governed by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Community platform (Skool)

The Site links to my community, which is hosted on Skool, an external platform operated by Skool, Inc. (USA). I do not run the community on this Site. If you choose to follow the link and join, your registration and activity there are processed by Skool under its own privacy policy and terms, which I do not control, and your data may be processed in the USA. 9. Contacting me by email

The Site displays an email address for contact (for example, for content or takedown requests). If you email me, I process the data you choose to send - such as your email address and the content of your message - solely to handle your request, on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I delete this correspondence once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

10. Transfers to third countries

Some of the services above - Google (Analytics, Search Console), Meta, and Skool - may process data in the USA. Where this happens, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms under Chapter V GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. 11. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15);
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
• Erasure of your data (Art. 17);
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• Data portability (Art. 20);
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal (Art. 7(3)).
